Ezinc Flat Plate Solar Thermal Collectors

Available in 4ft x 10ft units (Superline 3XL), 4ft x 8ft units (Superline XXL USB) and 4ft x 6ft units (Superline L USB), our Flat Plate Solar Thermal Collectors from Ezinc are manufactured with only the highest quality components. These solar collectors are SRCC OG-100 and FSEC Certified.

1. 100% EPDM rubber sealing and gaskets, UV resisted
2. Pure aluminium frame extruted by Ezinç and coated by electrostatic powder coating baked in 220°C oven
3. Direct-injected polyurethane insulation coated by aluminium foil (optional: rockwool insulation)
4. Tempered solar glass, for high transmittance
5. Copper riser tubes
6. Copper manifold tubes
7. Full plate titanium selective coated absorbersheet, ultrasonically welded

"L" Flash Mount Brackets

Another option for installing Ezinc solar collectors for roof pitches of 0-45 degrees is to use "L" Flash Mount Brackets as seen in the following images:

The drawings for Ezinc "L" Brackets that you may need for the permitting process are available here:

Before presenting these drawings to authorities for the permitting process, drawings needs to be sealed and signed by the engineer. There are some fees to be paid to the engineer for this service.
